Who are we?
Maryam Home, a project of ICNA Relief Canada, is a temporary shelter home for women experiencing abuse.
ICNA Relief has recently purchased a property for Maryam Home in a safe, middle-class neighborhood in Mississauga to open our first ever Shelter Home for women who are fleeing abusive relationships and are in need of a safe place to live.

We provide a short term comfortable location to stay.

Our location is known only to those that are in need of our services, and is not publicly available.
NON JUDGEMENTAL
Your current situation is not only kept confidential, but you are treated with the utmost care and respect.
Services
Maryam Home will be open to all women but primarily seek to serve the needs of single, Muslim women who find themselves in abusive domestic situations in and around the GTA.
The home will provide women with a place of temporary residence along with a variety of services offered by our qualified caregivers and staff to help them return to living normal, respectable and dignified lives.
PERSONAL WELLNESS
Personal wellness development offered by certified and caring caretakers to ensure a healthy mental, physical and emotional state.
HALAL MEALS
Halal meals will be offered at Maryam Home.
COUNSELING
Certified professional help offered by our counselors to help put your mind at ease as we work on resolving and helping through personal issues.
HELP MAKE A CHANGE
Alhamdulillah, and with your generous support, encouragement & prayers, we have successfully acquired the Maryam Home property in a respectable neighborhood of Mississauga.* 1 MILLION DOLLARS REQUIRED to pay off, renovate, furnish and staff this facility and meet our estimated launch target of December, 2015!
* Like with other Women’s Shelters, the exact location of Maryam Home cannot me made public due to the safety & security concerns of our future clients.
